The easy and simplest way of step by step procedure of how to root your Karbonn A7 device is as follows,

  • To start, you have to download the ‘A7 package’ to your computer and connect your Karbonn A7 device onto your computer using original USB cable. Now place the downloaded zip file on the SD memory card of your device. Make sure that you are placing the zip file on the root of the card not to any other folder or phone memory.
  • Now enter your device into the recovery mode by using the ‘ROM Manager app’. Disconnect your device from computer once you have transferred the zip file and turn off your device as the device enters into the recovery mode. Hold power off button + Volume + Key to make the device enter into the recovery mode till the recovery screen becomes red. Now switch ON your device as it is rooted.
  • You can cross check whether your device is rooted or not by downloading the ‘ROOT CHECKER’ app which is available on Google Play Store. Once the rooting is done, start downloading the ‘ROM Manager’ and ‘Superuser’ application from the same Google Play Store.
